ALANNA REGAN, LCSW-R is a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker with practice locations in Smithtown and Sea Cliff, New York. She provides psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, couples and families.  Her therapy approach comprises an electic mix of cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, family systems and interpersonal strategies to help people address life problems and achieve life goals. This includes exploring the effects of one’s past on current problems, understanding how thoughts influence our behavior, how changes in present behavior can change the way we perceive ourselves, and the significance of current relationships in shaping our lives.
